Job description
- Prepare and issue customer invoices on time
- Monitor and update billing files
- Check the accuracy of billing information in collaboration with the relevant departments (sales, after-sales service, etc.).
- Handling disputes and claims
- Analysis and reports
Description of the profile
- Accounting training, CFC in business administration an asset
- Maitrise des outils informatiques usuels et connaissance de Nessy (ERP métier) et Topal (ERP comptabilité), un plus
- Organized, autonomous and rigorous
- Flexible and able to work in a team
- Bonnes connaissances de l’allemand ou suisse-allemand obligatoires, anglais un plus
