How does one become COO at Groupe Bader SA after more than 10 years in banking? Patrick's answer is that he couldn't have found a better position if he was looking for a challenge and a family atmosphere. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a degree in Transport, and next year he will be awarded the title of expert in radiation protection and the Federal Certificate of Specialist in Waste Facilities. As well as being a head, he's the company's Swiss Army knife, because he's always on the front line.
